With challenges in the era of knowledge economy, innovative education is used to cultivate students' innovative spirit and ability. Due to the universality of knowledge, building a cross-cultural environment is vital to innovative education, which can create diversified exploration channels and the approaches of spreading knowledge. Language, as the most common way of human communication, carries culture and is also the bridge of cultural exchange. Aimed to promote the development of innovative education, encourage multicultural communication and explore the importance of language, 2023 International Conference on Language, Innovative Education and Cultural Communication (CLEC 2023) will be held from 14-16 April, 2023 in Kaifeng, China. CLEC 2023 is an international forum for researchers to present their latest research and development results in all areas of language, innovative education and cultural communication etc. CLEC 2023 welcomes all high-quality research papers and presentations from related research fields. CLEC 2023 also welcome researchers todiscussing the connection and development of language, innovative education and cultural exchanges, and contribute ideas to promote innovative education and cultural exchanges.

conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted
papers will be published in the SHS Web of Conferences (ISSN: 2261-2424), and submitted to CPCI, CNKI for indexing.
